What's the difference between business continuity and disaster recovery?
Disaster recovery gets systems back. Business continuity keeps the client working while that happens, with their servers running somewhere in the meantime. EnterProtect BCDR does both, and continuity is included in both plans.

Can a client's servers run at their other office?
Yes, on Complete. Put an appliance at each of the client's sites and replicate between them over their own link. If the main office is lost, the servers run at the second site with the same continuity they'd use locally.
Where does cloud recovery run?
In EnterProtect's own recovery cloud, on servers EnterProtect owns rather than a hyperscaler account. That's what lets a recovery point boot straight from the backup instead of being copied into another provider's storage first.
