Your Clients.Your Name.Your Margin.

EnterProtect is protection sold only to MSPs. Everything about it, from the console to the contract, is built so the line pays you and the client stays yours.

  • Sold, supported and billed only through MSPs
  • Month to month, and a client that leaves is off your next bill
  • Every price in writing before you start

Six Things We'll Never Do to Your MSP

Most of what goes wrong with a vendor is something the contract allows. These we've ruled out, in writing.

Sell to Your Clients

We sell only to MSPs, support only MSPs and bill only MSPs.

Lock You In

Month to month. When a client leaves, so does its bill.

Rent You a Box

No appliance licence, and nothing recurring per box. BCDR runs on hardware you own.

Reprice You at Renewal

No contract and nothing to renew. A price change only applies going forward.

Price You by Who You Know

Every MSP gets the same rate card at the same volume.

Shorten a Backup Over a Bill

A missed payment pauses service. It never shortens an immutable copy.

The Usual Fine Print, Taken Out

Every vendor sells backup as month to month, all-in and partner priced. Here's what that tends to mean, and what EnterProtect puts in writing instead.

What Owners Ask Before They Switch

Something we haven't answered? A person reads every message.

Will EnterProtect ever sell to my clients or contact them?

No. EnterProtect sells only to MSPs, supports only MSPs and bills only MSPs. There's no route for your client to reach us.

What does no lock-in actually mean?

Month to month, billed on what you protect. A client that leaves is off your next bill, there's no appliance licence, and there's no contract to renew.

Does EnterProtect integrate with my PSA?

Yes. EnterProtect integrates with the leading PSAs, ConnectWise, Autotask and CommandIT among them. In ConnectWise, alerts open tickets on the right board, one per problem, and each month's quantities sync into your agreements after you approve them.

Can I put my own name on the console my clients see?

Yes. Your client's console carries your name and support contact on every screen, and your logo once you upload it, with a powered-by line beside it.

Can we protect our own MSP with it before we sell it?

Yes, free for your first 12 months: your own Microsoft 365 tenant, and up to two servers' worth of your own machines, in any month you protect at least 25 paid mailboxes or one paid server for clients.

How do we move clients off our current vendor?

One client at a time, as each contract ends, so you never pay two vendors for the same seat. Start with your own MSP, then move the client whose renewal comes next.

What is EnterProtect?

EnterProtect is backup and security built only for MSPs: Microsoft 365, servers, files and vulnerability scanning in one console, sold, supported and billed only through MSPs.
